Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your sunglasses, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@reframedit.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.
  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for another, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
